Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an off-site unannounced follow-up survey completed 6/21/2023, Family Hospice had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed 6/29/2022.
